Risk Assessment

Risk encompasses anything that threatens or limits a project's ability to achieve its goals, objectives or deliverables. This includes external factors that could impact its success.

Risk management involves systematically anticipating potential undesirable outcomes before they occur and implementing procedures to avoid them, minimise their impact or effectively manage their consequences.

Our Quality Management System is designed to identify system shortfalls and drive process improvements, enabling us to deliver consistent, predictable outcomes.

Relationship Management

Luxor Homes provides a contractor’s report to the client, architect, key suppliers and all sub-trades involved in the project.

This weekly or fortnightly update supplements the Asta project schedule and includes progress photos and confirmed dates for deliveries and on-site attendance.

To ensure the project stays within budget and on schedule, we hold meetings with the client and architect at set intervals, with additional meetings available on request.

Code of conduct and ethics

“To act at all times with honesty, integrity, responsibility, in the spirit of good faith and with fair dealings."

Members of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association of NZ (NZCB) are bound by a Code of Ethics and Conduct based upon the following principles:

Schedule of materials & trades

Our cost management system enables us to accurately identify and price all units required for a project, with regular updates as new quotes or prices are received throughout the continuous pricing process.

This comprehensive system gives us the ability to adjust costs without comprising the design, ensuring both budgetary efficiency and project integrity.
